Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our** metal fabrication team**. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake equipment to accurately bend and form metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to producing high-quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to form metal parts to specification.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

• Install and adjust tooling (dies and punches) as required.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting.

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of press brake experience in a fabrication environment.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Preferred: CNC press brake certification and experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
