As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the bending and shaping of metal components. Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred.
Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
