Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or fabrication is a plus.
Proven experience as a press brake operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
