Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Prepress Operator to join our production team in Minneapolis, MN. This hybrid role is responsible for preparing print-ready files, supporting prepress production workflows, and ensuring high-quality output for print projects.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in print production, prepress processes, and plate-making operations, and thrives in a collaborative environment where quality and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process print-ready files for production

• Ensure quality control and accuracy of files before printing

• Manage and support prepress production workflows

• Operate and maintain Computer-to-Plate (CTP) systems

• Support plate making and printing preparation processes

• Collaborate with production and design teams to meet project deadlines

• Maintain high quality standards across all print jobs

Qualifications

• Experience in print production and prepress operations

• Strong knowledge of prepress workflows and printing processes

• Experience with CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems and plate making

• High attention to detail and strong quality assurance skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with graphic design software and digital imaging tools

• Experience with printing technologies and modern print workflows
