Job Description

We're looking for experienced manufacturing professionals with a background in metal production, stamping, heat treating, CNC, fabrication, or other precision manufacturing environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating industrial equipment, working with blueprints, performing quality inspections, and producing high-quality metal components.

What You'll Do

• Operate industrial production equipment including stamping presses, heat treat furnaces, and other manufacturing machinery
• Set up and monitor production equipment to maximize quality and efficiency
• Read blueprints, work orders, setup sheets, and production schedules
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, gauge pins, optical comparators, and other precision measuring equipment
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Load and unload materials and finished components
• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintain production records and operational data
• Follow ISO, quality, and safety procedures
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce scrap

• Metal stamping
• Progressive die presses
• Heat treating
• Batch furnaces
• Temper ovens
• CNC or PLC-controlled equipment
• Metal fabrication
• Industrial machine operation
• Precision inspection
• Manufacturing production

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or machine operating experience

• Experience reading engineering drawings and blueprints

• Comfortable using:- Calipers

  • Micrometers
  • Gauges
  • Gauge pins
  • Optical comparators
  • Hardness testers

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Basic math skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED
