Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Precision Electrical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble high-precision mechanical and electrical components used in CNC milling and turning machines. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electromechanical assembly, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances and complex schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Assembly

  • Install and route wiring harnesses, control panels, terminal blocks, and electrical enclosures.

  • Connect and terminate wiring for motors, sensors, encoders, and control systems according to wiring schematics and diagrams.

  • Perform continuity testing and insulation resistance checks to verify proper electrical connections.

  • Assemble and mount CNC control units (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi) into machine cabinets and enclosures.

Documentation & Quality Control

  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.

  • Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality checklists.

  • Inspect completed assemblies to ens

    ure full compliance with company and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and components used.

Collaboration & Safety

  • Partner closely with engineering, quality control, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues promptly.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  • Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures related to mechanical and electrical assembly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical certificate or Associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 2+ years of precision mechanical or electrical assembly experience (CNC or industrial equipment experience preferred).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with standard hand tools, electrical crimping, soldering, and wire stripping techniques.

    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

    • Familiarity with multimeters, torque tools, calipers, and micrometers.

    • Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and components is a plus.

  • Core Competencies: Strong manual dexterity, exceptional attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Stand or sit for extended periods.

  • Perform repetitive tasks requiring precise manual dexterity.

  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.
