As a Precision Cutting Operator, you'll play a key role in transforming engineering drawings into high-quality fabricated components while working with cutting-edge equipment and technology.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a combination of hands-on fabrication, technical problem solving, and CNC programming, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and manufacturing.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work orders to develop machining and cutting programs.
Program and operate CNC cutting equipment to produce parts with precision and consistency.
Load materials, set offsets, make program adjustments, and ensure finished products meet quality specifications.
Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication processes, making adjustments to improve performance and accuracy.
Perform preventative maintenance and routine upkeep on CNC machines and related equipment.
Work closely with fabrication teams and supervisors to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
