We are seeking a skilled Precision CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Sussex, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and programming CNC machines to ensure efficient production runs. Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis) for production runs.
• Program CNC machines using various software and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine setups and operations.
• Perform manual machining tasks as needed to support production.
• Maintain and ensure the quality of machined parts through proper setup and calibration.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Setup Technician or Setup Machinist.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Proficient in CNC programming and machine setups for production runs.
• Experience with manual machining skills.
• Familiarity with CNC mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis VTL) from brands such as Mazak, Haas, and Okuma.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
