Job Description

Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp., an ISO certified and ITAR registered manufacturing company in Cedarburg, WI, is seeking skilled CNC Lathe Machinists to join our team of 75+ machinists in our advanced manufacturing facilities.

What you'll do:

• Set up, program, and run CNC Lathes
• Inspect your own parts and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
• Maintain a safe working environment

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines (required)
• Ability to program using Mazatrol (preferred)
• Knowledge of Mastercam programming (a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish

You will support the manufacturing of high-quality parts up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter by creating CNC lathe programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.

Starting pay ranges from $21 - $33/hr, plus an additional 10% shift differential and generous benefits including:
