Executive Summary
The Director of Sales & Preconstruction is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing strategic precast concrete projects. The position serves as the bridge between business development and project execution, working with owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to position precast concrete as the preferred solution for complex construction projects.
The role combines sales leadership, client relationship management, preconstruction strategy, market development, and operational coordination. Success depends on building strong industry relationships, developing project pursuit strategies, aligning opportunities with manufacturing capabilities, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through contract award. The Director also provides leadership to business development activities, market research efforts, and industry engagement initiatives.

Education
Experience
Minimum 7 years of PCI precast industry experience.
Experience in one or more of:- Business Development
Construction industry experience required.
Local market experience preferred.
