In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our precast concrete production facility, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.

• Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain product standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with management to develop production goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in precast concrete production or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
