Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:15 AM – 4:30 PM (Varied Hours + Overtime)
Position Overview
Join a local concrete manufacturer producing high-quality pre-cast concrete products in a heavy construction environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and craftsmanship while contributing to daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a production team to meet daily output targets
- Mix, transport, and pour concrete into prepared forms
- Operate overhead cranes for larger loads and perform heavy lifting
- Use trowels and finishing tools to smooth and shape concrete surfaces
- Apply stains, sealants, and waterproofing products as required
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, concrete, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment
- Safety-conscious, dependable, and a strong team player
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
