Responsibilities

Operate and monitor powdered metal forge machines to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Document production data and machine performance as required.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills are preferred.
Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
