About Us:

We have partnered with a family-owned metal fabrication and finishing company providing high-quality custom metal components, assemblies, and durable powder coating services to a wide range of industries. We’re looking for skilled powder coaters to join our team and help deliver consistent, excellent finishes that meet customer specifications

What You’ll Do:

• Operate powder coating equipment and booths safely and efficiently.

• Prepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, masking, staging).

• Apply powder coatings uniformly per customer specifications.

• Monitor oven curing and part quality throughout the process.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Communicate with team members and supervisors about production needs.

We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in powder coating preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Good team player with a strong work ethic.

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm

Friday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Optional overtime shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
