Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM*Weekly Pay*### Benefits:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Paint or powder coat manufactured metal products using a spray gun.
• Set up and operate an industrial washer to properly clean parts before coating.
• Mask parts as required according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Load parts onto the conveyor system for the coating process.
• Mix liquid coatings to achieve the desired color or prepare powder coating materials by filling hoppers.
• Set and monitor oven temperatures to ensure paint or powder coatings are properly cured.
• Inspect finished parts after baking and verify coating thickness using a mil thickness gauge.
• Remove parts from the conveyor system and de-mask finished products as required.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Experience using spray equipment and inspection tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
