## Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.
Mix and apply powder coatings according to specifications and color requirements.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Document production processes and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in powder coating is a plus.
Proven experience in powder coating or a similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
