💰 Starting at $17/hour

🕒 Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Long-Term Opportunity

This company is looking for an experienced Powder Coat Painter who takes pride in producing clean, consistent finishes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing, cleaning, and masking metal parts
• Setting up and operating powder-coating equipment
• Applying powder evenly to specifications
• Monitoring coating thickness, coverage, and curing
• Inspecting finished parts for quality
• Reading blueprints, work orders, and production instructions

✅ Previous powder-coating experience required

🟢 OPPORTUNITY #2 — POWDER COAT PRODUCTION POSITION

🕒 Full-Time Manufacturing Opportunity

Another local company is looking for someone who understands the powder-coating process and can work efficiently in a production environment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and masking metal parts
• Operating powder-coating equipment
• Loading and unloading parts
• Following travelers, blueprints, and work orders
• Inspecting finishes for defects and color consistency
• Making adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Keeping your work area clean and safe

✅ Previous powder-coating experience preferred

✅ Manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial painting experience is a plus

🔴 OPPORTUNITY #3 — POWDER COAT SUPERVISOR

👥 Leadership Opportunity | Manufacturing

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising daily powder-coating operations
• Managing production schedules and team performance
• Ensuring quality and efficiency
• Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment
• Training and mentoring employees
• Enforcing safety and quality standards
• Monitoring materials and inventory

✅ Powder-coating or related finishing experience required

✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

✅ Previous supervisory experience preferred
