Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
• Operate powder coating equipment and ensure proper application techniques are followed.
• Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal finish quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in powder coating is a plus.
