Pool Maintenance Laborer

Location: Inman, SC (meeting location)

Pay: $16/hr with pay increases as you gain experience and skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pool Maintenance Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with pool maintenance, installations, renovations, and concrete work for residential pool projects. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, and learning new skills in the pool construction and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of residential pools
• Support pool installation projects, including site preparation and setup
• Help with concrete work for pool decks and surrounding areas
• Assist with pool renovations and repair projects
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site guidelines

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
