Responsibilities

• Manage daily plumbing service operations, including scheduling, dispatch coordination, and technician workloads.

• Train, coach, and develop technicians to improve performance and customer service.

• Monitor department revenue, expenses, profit margins, and key performance indicators.

• Review financial reports and implement changes to improve department results.

• Establish training plans and advancement opportunities for technicians.

• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly.

• Review service invoices, billing accuracy, and warranty claims.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

• Maintain company service standards and reinforce safe work practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Manager.

• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing service operations.

• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing service technicians.

• Ability to interpret financial reports and performance metrics.

• Experience with dispatch coordination, service billing, and warranty claims.

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related business software.

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Compensation

Annual base salary of $90,000–$130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
