Plumber / Pipefitter – Residential & Service

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Plumber/Pipefitter to join a growing, family-oriented team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, values strong customer relationships, and is committed to continuing to grow in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service on all service calls
Diagnose, repair, and complete plumbing service work in a professional manner
Perform maintenance tasks, including tankless water heater flushes
Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed, recommendations, and pricing
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Continue developing skills and knowledge within the plumbing trade

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to interact professionally and respectfully with customers
Must supply own tools, including pipe wrenches
Experience with tankless water heater maintenance (flushes required)
Background with well-known residential service companies is a plus
