**Plumber **

** Lafayette, LA | Full-Time| ($55–$75/hr.)**

We’re hiring experience Plumber looking for a new start and Plumbers who are close to full licensing, ready to take the next step

Duties

• Respond to plumbing and drain cleaning service calls (including on-call rotation)
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to customers
• Perform drain cleaning and plumbing repairs on-site
• Educate customers on services, maintenance plans, and warranties
• Build rapport to drive repeat business and referrals
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a well-stocked service truck
• Train and mentor apprentices
• Prepare estimates and complete service documentation
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with codes
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams

Requirements

• If you’ve logged the required hours but haven’t completed testing yet, our client is willing to advance the cost to help you get licensed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of organization and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Schedule

• Full-time
• On-call rotation required

Pay

• $55–$75 per hour (based on experience)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various environments (heat, cold, confined spaces, heights)
• Use of required PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
