Job Title: Plates Team Member

Location:  AAPP Plant – Greeley, CO

Reports To: Production Manager

Department:  Production

Job Status:  Full-Time

Job Type:  Hourly/Nonexempt

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

• Receives work assignments and schedules from Plates Lead. 
• Ensure the plates area is supplied with necessary tools, equipment, production orders, material, etc.
• Demonstrates ability to operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner that adheres to company training and safety procedures.
• Evaluation of product on plates to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and operations issues and ensure plate table efficiencies.
• Report faulty equipment, damages, and other safety hazards to supervisor/line lead.            

• Housekeeping is a must. Rails, floors, tables, hoses, combo dumper, pump, piping, underneath plates.
• Ability to lift repetitively and ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout your shift. 
• All plates shifts are 3 days on 12 hour shifts and then a 4 hour shift Sunday based on the shift selected for. 

 

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Frequent operation of a forklift in cold-zero-degree Fahrenheit environments.

 

Physical Demands:

The employee must lift and/or move up to 60 pounds without mechanical assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision and Depth perception. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear or smell.

 

 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6am to 6:00pm Sunday 6:00am to 10:00am
