Plater / Anodizer

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: $18 - 20/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

We are looking for a Plater / Anodizer to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating plating and anodizing process lines, chemically treating metal parts, and ensuring finished products meet quality specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate plating and anodizing process lines according to job cards, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Chemically treat and process metal parts using materials such as nickel, copper, gold, silver, tin, and other finishes.
• Clean and prepare materials before processing.
• Rack, wire, and fixture parts to ensure proper processing and prevent damage.
• Review blueprints and specifications to determine required finishes.
• Monitor plating times, process conditions, and coating thickness.
• Perform quality checks and complete required production documentation.
• Work independently once fully trained while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of plating, anodizing, or transferable manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic blueprint reading skills; additional training will be provided.
• Ability to work with chemicals safely and follow established processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production requirements.
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in new processes.
