Responsibilities
- Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines.
- Perform tool, die, and mold setups to ensure efficient production runs.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
- Document production data and report any issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tool, die, and mold setup.
- Strong understanding of plastic processing techniques and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
