Job Description

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Plastics Processor to support injection molding operations, optimize machine performance, and ensure quality output.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and process injection molding machines (start-ups, shut-downs, changeovers)
• Troubleshoot process, material, and quality issues
• Adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform mold changes and basic mold maintenance/cleaning
• Monitor production and ensure scrap reduction
• Work with QA to meet specs (calipers, micrometers, visual standards)

Requirements:

• 2+ years in injection molding processing
• Experience with machine setup, process adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Familiar with resins, temps, pressures, cycle times
• Ability to read work instructions and basic prints
• Strong attention to quality and safety

Nice to Have:

• Experience with robotics (Fanuc/Yushin)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 13485 environments
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting

• Weighing Raw Materials
• Plastics - PA6 Experience
• Injection Molding Experience
