Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and repairing production machinery. This individual will play a key role in minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment reliability, and supporting a safe, efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
• Maintain maintenance records and document completed work.
• Assist with equipment installations and machinery upgrades.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school education is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining production equipment and performing preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
