This position is responsible for operating injection molding equipment, inspecting finished parts, trimming and packaging products, and helping maintain a safe and efficient production environment.What’s in it for you:- Location – Shelby Township, MI
1st shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

What your day will look like:- Operate injection molding equipment safely and efficiently
Remove molded parts from machines and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Trim, assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
Monitor machine operation and report equipment or production issues
Accurately complete and maintain production, scrap, and downtime records
Follow established quality standards and production requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:- Prior injection molding experience is preferred
Manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection experience with a willingness to learn will also be considered
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic math and measurement skills preferred
Ability to learn new manufacturing processes and equipment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Commitment to workplace safety and achieving production goals
Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to company-established limits
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
