Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize production processes for plastic manufacturing.

Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in production engineering within the plastic and thermoforming industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
Proficient in using engineering software and tools for process design and analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
