About the Role
Join a growing team that builds Grizzly Hunting Blinds designed for hunters across the country. Our Hunting Blind Assemblers use pre-molded plastic components, fastening systems, and tools to install doors, windows, hardware, and other features.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and seeing a finished product come together.
You don’t need experience—we’ll train you! All we need is reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble Grizzly Hunting Blinds using pre-molded plastic components and fastening systems.
- Install doors, windows, hardware, and other blind components using hand and power tools.
- Follow work orders, build instructions, and product specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect completed blinds for defects, durability, proper operation, and overall quality.
- Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals and support production needs.

Physical Requirements
- Standing for extended periods.
- Performing repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Squatting, kneeling, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Lifting and maneuvering materials weighing up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Working in a manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature changes, noise, dust, and plastic shavings.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
