Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Plant General Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. The role involves operating production equipment, performing quality checks, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting multiple plant areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery and production equipment safely.
• Follow SOPs, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Perform quality checks, collect samples, and record production data.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow PPE, LOTO, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Operate forklifts if certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Support cleaning, material handling, waste handling, and general plant operations.
• Work across different production areas as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, industrial, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer and mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs., stand, walk, climb, and work around industrial equipment.
• Must be flexible to work rotating day, afternoon, night, weekend shifts, and overtime.
