Plant Manager

Lead Operations. Build Teams. Drive Continuous Improvement.

We're looking for a Plant Manager to provide strategic leadership across our manufacturing operation while building a culture centered on safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

As Plant Manager, you'll oversee all manufacturing operations while partnering closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Shipping & Receiving, Customer Service, Product Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading production, manufacturing, engineering, quality, planning, and shipping teams

• Building and developing high-performing leaders through coaching and mentorship

• Driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Managing production schedules to ensure on-time customer delivery

• Improving manufacturing processes, workflow, and operational efficiency

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple departments

• Strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Strong understanding of KPIs and manufacturing metrics

• ERP system experience

• Bachelor's Degree

• Aerospace and/or Medical Manufacturing experience

• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• ISO 9000
