Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of functional and operational managers or other professionals to ensure that the plant meets it’s established targets and standards.
• Establish operating budget of the plant.
• Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, priorities spending and achieve volume, quality and manufacturing standards.
• Set and monitor the performance of the plant against standards and targets in area such as manufacturing and administration efficiency,c.ost control, legal compliance and HR management.
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to ensure that the plant meets it current and future production targets and quality standards.
• Analyze , develop manufacturing capacity to ensure on time delivery.
• Lead HSE activities and drive 0 accident philosophy.
• Drive lean and continuous improvement culture in all areas.
• Assure collaboration between all local functions and interface to Business Units and support functions.
• Actively drive competitiveness of location e.g. by engaging in flagship activities, contributing to customer RFQs, smooth project launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree, Industrial or mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification.
• >10 years automotive experience, Operations Experience (Production Management / Quality preferred) .
• Analytical thinking and Method to analyze and solve problems
• Communication and presentation skills
• Leadership.
