This role is central to creating a culture of accountability, urgency, trust, and continuous improvement.
You will have the opportunity to make a visible difference every day: reducing waste, removing barriers, improving flow, strengthening safety, increasing reliability, and helping people perform at their best. If you are energized by solving problems, developing talent, and turning data into action, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to positively impact the business.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily plant execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals.
· Facilitate daily operating routines, including war room discussions, tier meetings, escalation processes, and leader standard work.
· Use data, KPI trends, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methods to identify barriers and drive sustainable improvement.
· Champion the Revere Business System by building consistent routines, disciplined follow-up, and a systematic approach to operational excellence.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce scrap, improve labor efficiency, strengthen equipment reliability, and eliminate waste.
· Build, coach, and develop front-line leaders through clear expectations, feedback, accountability, and performance management.
· Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, EHS, and plant leadership to align resources and resolve priorities.
· Create a visible safety-first culture through daily floor presence, hazard recognition, and timely corrective action.
What Makes This Opportunity Exciting
· Visible impact: Your leadership will directly influence plant performance, customer delivery, team engagement, and operational discipline.
· Real problem solving: You will tackle meaningful manufacturing challenges using data, process thinking, Lean tools, and practical execution.
· Talent focus: You will shape the capability of front-line leaders and help build a stronger leadership bench for the future.
· Business system strength: You will help embed the Revere Business System into daily work, creating consistency, accountability, and measurable improvement.
· Energy and pace: This is a hands-on, fast-moving environment where decisive leadership, follow-through, and collaboration matter.
