Summary:

• Oversees Operational Performance in Plant Management, EHS, Production, and Operational Excellence to Maintain High Standards of Manufacturing Operations
• Lead and/or Develop Continuous Improvement Projects to Drive Operational Excellence
• Leads Operations Team in Developing Plans and Sets Direction to Ensure Company Remains Competitive Through Continuous Improvement, Lean and 5S Initiatives
• Develop and implement processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Executes Organizational Change Efforts to Increase Site Production Volume and Sustain Employee Output, Engagement, and Morale
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to share best practices and promote a culture of quality.

Qualifications

Qualifications

BS Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Related Field.

Proven Work Experience as a Plant Manager (8-10 Years).

Proven Managerial / Leadership Experience

Knowledge of Business and Management Principles in a Manufacturing Environment
