## Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant operations and manage production schedules to meet customer demands.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all employees.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage budgets and control costs to optimize plant profitability.
Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the plant.
Prepare and present reports on plant performance to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
