**EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

**

• 5+ years of experience in the **management **of a **manufacturing facility **is required.

• Bachelor's degree is desired

**RESPONSIBILITIES

**

• Provide overall **hands-on management **of plant operations, **transportation **and customer service.

• Serve as a positive, motivating leader of a diverse team of managers and hourly team members

• **Establishing **and **sustaining preventive **and predictive maintenance programs

• **Planning **and **oversight **of plant **projects **and repairs

• **Ensure compliance **with all health, safety, environmental and regulatory policies and permits

• Provide **weekly **and **monthly production **and **financial reporting **as required
