Position Overview
To support a high-output industrial operation. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
This is not a commercial wiring role — this is true heavy industrial electrical work supporting continuous process manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
-Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, and controls
-Maintain Automation systems, MCCs, power distribution systems, and high-voltage equipment
-Support plant reliability and minimize downtime
-Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
-Work safely at heights (up to 80 feet), confined spaces, and industrial conditions
-Maintain strong housekeeping and safety standards in assigned areas
Required Qualifications
-5–7 years of industrial electrical experience
-Experience in heavy manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or similar environments
-Strong background in Automation
-Familiar with installing and programming PLCs.
-Strong troubleshooting skills on motors, controls, and power systems
-Ability to work in physically demanding industrial conditions
-High-voltage experience
