**What You Will Do

**

Run plant accounting and cost accounting processes across multiple cost centers.
Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial accuracy.
Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operating plans.
Maintain standard costs and bills of materials (BOMs).
Oversee physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.
Review labor, materials, overhead, distribution, and inventory variances.
Participate in production and operations meetings.
Support internal controls, audit readiness, and asset protection.
Partner with operations to improve manufacturing performance.
Supervise front office administrative and accounting activities.

**What You Bring

**

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Five or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP.
ERP system experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
