Plant Controller

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on** Plant Controller**who is passionate about financial excellence, continuous improvement, and partnering with operations to drive business success.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping our financial strategy, strengthening internal controls, improving business processes, and providing the insights that help guide executive decision-making. What You'll Do

·Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close activities while ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and executive reporting.

·Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, including oversight of audits, tax filings, treasury, cash management, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.

·Partner with operations and executive leadership to provide financial analysis, cost accounting, inventory management, job costing, and variance reporting that drive profitability, operational excellence, and informed business decisions.

·Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and operational performance.

·Lead finance-related ERP enhancements and ensure accounting systems effectively support manufacturing and production operations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with cost accounting and manufacturing financial reporting
