Entry-Level Plant Accountant (Recent Graduates Welcome!)

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your accounting career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join our team as a Plant Accountant and gain hands-on experience supporting real business operations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to build foundational accounting skills while working closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support business decisions
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Help manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and cash transactions
• Participate in tracking inventory, sales, and financial performance metrics
• Maintain and monitor fixed assets and capital expenditures
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, etc.)
• Support cash forecasting and daily financial activities

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Interest in working with data, analysis, and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
