Responsibilities
- Analyze data and trends to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective planning strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of planning efforts.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to align resources with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform planning decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with forecasting and budgeting processes is a plus.
