Responsibilities

• Analyze data and trends to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective planning strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of planning efforts.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to align resources with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform planning decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with forecasting and budgeting processes is a plus.
