We are seeking a Planner I to support production planning, material flow, inventory management, and on-time delivery objectives. The Planner will manage PCBA production schedules, work-in-process (WIP), finished-goods inventory, and material requirements while coordinating activities between the Hudson and Phoenix facilities.
The successful candidate will use strong planning, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support customer requirements, production schedules, inventory levels, and on-time delivery (OTD) goals.
Manage and track PCBA production schedules associated with the Phoenix facility.
Monitor WIP and finished-goods inventory and support timely shipment of customer orders.
Update and maintain customer commit dates from the PCC facility within the ERP system.
Create and maintain requisitions and planning requirements, including inter-site orders (ISOs) between facilities.
Support customer projects and point-in-time demand requirements through effective production and material planning.
Attend and participate in daily production meetings.
Review MRP requirements, planning data, and available reports to determine PCBA material supply needs.
Monitor and report weekly metrics, including:- On-Time Delivery (OTD)
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings as required.
Manage and maintain the status of outside-process jobs between the Hudson and Phoenix facilities.
Partner with Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to communicate changes in material demand.
Facilitate effective material and WIP movement while maintaining appropriate production level-loading plans.
Communicate priorities across departments to ensure internal and external goals are achieved.
Monitor inventory levels and minimize the risk of excess or overstocked finished goods.
Perform other duties as assigned.
