Must HavesIndustrial pipefitting experience

Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications

Experience with piping system layouts and installation

Knowledge of flanges, manways, gaskets, steam traps, and tubing

Oxy-acetylene torch experience

Plan and organize pipefitting work using blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and construction documents

Calculate material requirements and coordinate work schedules with affected departments

Measure, cut, bend, shape, fabricate, thread, solder, and glue piping systems

Install and insulate piping systems and related components

Perform operating tests on piping systems

Troubleshoot, identify, and repair piping-related issues

Complete maintenance documentation and work records

Maintain tools and equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

Follow all safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Support maintenance and operational objectives as needed

Requirements

Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems and layouts

Experience reading mechanical drawings and piping prints

Understanding of relief valves and general valve maintenance practices

Experience working with steam systems and related piping components

Ability to safely operate pipefitting and fabrication equipment

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team

Pipe welding experience is a plus
