This entry-level position is located in Burkburnett, TX, and is part of the Reciprocal Pipe Department’s team of operators keeping our machines running smoothly.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates winding machine
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
- Utilize safe work habits
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Perform Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work current department schedule operating on eight (8) hour shifts, Monday through Friday,
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three years of verifiable work experience preferred
- Forklift license preferred
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
- Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair, and assembly operations
- Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes
- Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movements up to 12 hours daily.
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Travel less than 10%
