We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipe Fitter to join our team on the Gulf Coast. As a Pipe Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems in various settings in a shipyard enviorment. Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems according to specifications and blueprints.
• Measure and cut pipes using various tools and techniques to ensure accurate fittings.
• Inspect and test piping systems for leaks and malfunctions.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ability to Tack with various diciplines of welding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter or similar role.
• Ability to use various hand tools
• Ability to weld in various positions
• ability to weld using various dicipilines (TIG, SMAW, FCAW, MIG)
• Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
