Picker/Packer Position

Location: Brookfield, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Picker/Packer for our manufacturing client in Brookfield, WI to start immediately at $17/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Operate SAP EWM system using handheld scanners to verify and manage inventory
• Package, label, and confirm the details of “Specials” tool orders
• Verify counts, place incoming inventory into proper storage locations
• Operate UPS shipping software and scales to weigh and label packages
• Place outgoing packages into shipping containers for carriers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand written instructions on customer orders
• Basic math skills to verify quantities on large orders
• Basic computer skills to handle shipping data, labels, and inventory entries
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Comfortable standing and walking in a warehouse environment

Skills

• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Order Picking and Packing expertise
• Inventory management skills
• Experience with SAP-EWM system preferred
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Additional Notes

• Reliable transportation required
• Must be prepared to work first shift, Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm
