Position Details

• Position: Picker/Packer
• Pay:$15.50 per hour
• Location: Hebron, KY
• Available 1st Shift Schedules:
• Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Sunday–Tuesday: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders and work instructions.
• Pack items securely and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Inspect products for damage or quality concerns.
• Scan products using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Label boxes, packages, and materials as required.
• Sort and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.
• Basic math and inventory-counting skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Must be able to work on-site in Hebron, KY.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
