**Physical Therapist (PT) 

**

We are a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in one-on-one orthopedic care and high-quality patient outcomes. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team and help deliver consistent, evidence-based treatment in a collaborative environment.

This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who is confident in their skills, values patient relationships, and wants to grow within a supportive team setting.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings

• Provide hands-on outpatient orthopedic physical therapy (1:1 care model)

• Manage a balanced daily caseload alongside PTA support

• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques to improve patient outcomes

• Progress patients through rehab programs and adjust care plans as needed

• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and on time

• Communicate clearly with patients about goals, progress, and expectations

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care

• Support patient education to improve recovery and long-term outcomes

• Contribute to maintaining a positive, team-oriented clinical environment

What You Bring

• Active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey

• Strong clinical reasoning with commitment to evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional bedside manner

• Strong time management skills with the ability to stay organized while managing multiple patients calmly and efficiently

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient response

• Team-oriented approach, thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes positively to clinic culture and patient outcomes

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM clinic hours

• Saturday availability by appointment only

• Schedule is staggered to support work-life balance and prevent burnout

• Full-time position
