Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks and locking mechanisms.
• Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance facility security.
• Respond to lockouts and emergency situations promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of all locksmithing activities and inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff regarding security concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends in the industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in locksmithing or security preferred.
• Proven experience as a locksmith or in a similar role within physical security.
• Strong knowledge of various locking systems and security technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
